Thaw dough at room temperature and let rise until doubled
in size. Roll dough into large rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon
and sugar mixture. Roll up from bottom of longer edge and pinch dough to seal. Cut into
1" slices. Melt butter and sugar: add cream and cook, stirring constantly until
smooth and sugar is melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into large,
ungreased baking pan. Sprinkle nuts over sauce. Place rolls over nuts and caramel about
1" apart and let rise in warm place until doubled. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
