1 Loaf Frozen Bread Dough
1 jar Pizza Sauce
Assorted Pizza Toppings: Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Olives, Pepperoni, Cooked
Sausage, Chopped Spinach, Mushrooms, onions, etc.
Thaw dough at room temperature; let rise till doubled
(about 3 hours). In 4-6 ovenproof bowels, place several Tbs. of pizza sauce. Add desired
toppings to sauce. Coat rim of each dish with olive oil. Set aside. lightly flour work
area to shape dough. Divide into 4-6 balls (depending on size of each pizza dish). Roll
into flat rounds to fit over top of pizza. Cap each bowel with a round of dough, shaping
it to fit. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes until crust is golden brown. Cool a bit and
using a potholder, flip pizza onto serving plate so that crust forms a bread bowl for
pizza sauce and toppings.
