1/2 Lb. Cooked Egg Noodles
1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Clove Garlic, Pressed
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Tbs. Cooking Sherry
2 Tbs. Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Lo-Fat Plain Yogurt
1 Cup Lo-Fat Sour Cream

Cook noodles according to package directions. Brown beef with onions and garlic. When browned, drain off all fat and rinse slightly with a little water and drain. Add mushrooms and seasoning. Stir in sherry, milk, yogurt and sour cream and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve over noodles.
