Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

18 Asparagus Spears
18 Slices Prosciutto (Sliced paper Thin)
Lemon Dip
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Zest Of One (1) Lemon
Salt And Pepper To Taste

Boil asparagus for 1 minute. Remove and put in ice water for 5 minutes, then dry.. Starting at the bottom, 2/3 of the spear, wrap around one slice of prosciutto (room temperature0. Chill 1 hour. To make dip, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest. Chill for 2 hours and serve with asparagus. Serves 4-6.
